This is the best waist trainer I have ever worn. Im not a small girl so a lot of times thing don't fit right or don't support me the way they should but this waist trainer gets the job done. It is kinda tricky to put on but I just zipped it up have way and stepped in to it like a skirt and finished zipping it up and then the other parts. I can sit and move around in it without it hurting. Please look at the size chart. I wear a 2xl in shirts, xl in t-shirt and 16-18 in pants.
